Refund Policy

At Sol Stretch, we are committed to delivering high-quality, personalized stretch and movement experiences. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to handle refunds and cancellations fairly for both you and our schedule.

Single Sessions

  • Cancellations made 24 hours or more before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable, but we may offer a one-time courtesy reschedule at our discretion.

  • No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Virtual Sessions

  • Virtual sessions follow the same cancellation and refund policy as in-person sessions.

  • Technical issues on our end will result in a reschedule or refund. If the issue is on your end (e.g., no-show or no internet), standard cancellation policies apply.

We aim to respond within 24–48 hours.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much, much more.
